STEP 1 Engagement Preparation: As part of our methodology, we engage with each of our customers in a 30 day complementary series of review, and planning workshops. During this time we learn about our customer’s organization, present proposals for our engagement, and build a detailed implementation success plan.
STEP 2 Project Preparation: This is also called the study phase. Once the Engagement Preparation phase is completed, our project team prepares the full landscape of the project. In this step, infrastructure, application, and technology services are defined. The business workflow is carefully mapped, projected modules defined with project cost, and resources. Subject Matter Experts and business teams are aligned with our Project Functional consulting team with roles and expectations documented.
STEP 3 Business Blueprint and Workflow: A detailed business blueprint of the current workflow is defined. This is a critical element our Functional Consultants utilize to understand current work conditions and implement continuous business improvement practices while mapping existing business processes into the enterprise module for our clients.
STEP 4 Project Implementation:
Our Technical Consultants utilize the project plan, business blueprint, and workflow to configure and integrate our client’s business into the enterprise solution. Mapping each business process is performed to take advantage of best practices, improve work performance, and remove existing functional bottlenecks. This helps our clients retain competitive advantage in their markets while taking full advantage of the substantial value our Enterprise software provides. Quality Control provides testing and review of all business process integration to ensure design and process are aligned and validated with full testing sign-off between the implementation team and business operations.
STEP 5 Stress Test & Project Rollout: Modules of the production system move through a rigorous testing process. Our Functional Consultants utilize a business process implementation plan that integrates with our client’s specific needs. This improves the realization and testing phases, provides detailed hands-on training, and allows our clients to take advantage of final stress testing and module roll-out as part of the Go Live process.
STEP 6 Go Live Conducting business is key to any go live initiative. Detailed planning is conducted to ensure the roll-out of our client’s enterprise solution is performed uniquely to meet their specific business demands. Care is taken throughout the entire engagement process to ensure business partners are informed, systems are tested, and the move into a production state is aligned with our client’s business operations.
STEP 7 Maintenance: After implementation, maintenance is the last step of this ERP implementation cycle where the on going maintenance of the system continues. This is where employees will learn how to embrace continuous business improvement, and support the enterprise solutions from business and systems support areas.
